I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2014 and I have struggled to manage my condition over the better part of a decade. Despite having access to some of the world’s best doctors (and being able to afford this care) I have had 6 significant flares that all landed me in the ER.

The thesis was straightforward: scale effective multidisciplinary care nationwide and move the traditional trial-and-error care model to a predictive, personalized one.
